					<description>I am 38 years old I was in the Marine crops as oinfantryman during the Desert Storm in 1991 I was 21 years old.  I even ran a marathon just to give it a try and finished in just under 4hrs, well the final blow came when I saw a perfect PT score 20 pllups 80 sit-ups in 2 min and a 3 mile run scored you a perfect 300pts.  I finished the run and that was my first af many pefrect fitness accomodations.  Botttom line is I am a mess right now, 40lbs overwieght, I can barely do 20 push-ups and would be lucky if I could squeeze out two pull-ups.  I love the MMA stuff and just want to know if thios is the right place for a guy like me?</description>
